How long is the gift card valid?

The Vague des Sens gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the PDF sent by email.

Which treatments can the gift card be used for?

The gift card can be used on all individual treatments: body massages, facial treatments (Kobido, Face Sculpting, Flower Bomb), prenatal massage, Belly Revolution®, threading. It cannot be used for duo or four-hand massages, which involve a second practitioner.

How does the recipient receive the gift card?

As soon as payment is confirmed, an email is sent automatically. If a recipient's address was provided, they receive the card directly with a personalised message. Otherwise, the buyer receives the printable PDF and can give it in person.

How do I use the gift card code when booking?

Accepted Answer

When booking a treatment online, a dedicated step lets you enter the gift card code (format VDS-XXXX-XXXX). The amount is automatically deducted. If the treatment costs more than the remaining balance, the difference is paid at the salon after the session.

Is the gift card refundable?

Yes, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the card hasn't been used. Requests should be sent to contact@vaguedessens.fr.

What happens if the gift card code is lost?

Contact contact@vaguedessens.fr with the email address used for the purchase. The code will be resent to you free of charge.
